Why the urbanisations of Orihuela Costa block

The 1990s and 2000s bungalows and townhouses of La Zenia, Villamartín, Los Dolses and Las Filipinas share a layout: small kitchen with a waste pipe that has little fall, downstairs bathroom with a floor trap, and an inspection chamber in the garden or back patio that collects everything and takes it to the community's main drain.
