No. Parking time and the ORA zone are already counted in the 10-15 % city-centre uplift, so the fixed price we give you is what you pay. If your building has a garage and you let us in, it is appreciated, because it cuts the unloading time.
Do you work for comunidades de vecinos and managing agents?
Yes. We change entrance and letterbox locks, repair shutters and doors in communal areas and clear inspection chambers serving individual flats. We invoice in the comunidad's name and report by WhatsApp to the administrador (managing agent) with photos. Communal stacks needing a tanker we pass to a partner company.
Do you do maintenance for rental flats or second homes in Valencia?
Yes. For owners with several rental flats or a flat closed up part of the year we offer a monthly check for €45-80: run the taps, check cisterns and shutters, air the place and send photos. Between tenants we do the full turnaround in one visit: painting, silicone, cylinder and small repairs.
I live away. How do you handle the keys?
We collect the keys from the agency, the concierge or a neighbour you name, sign a receipt and return them the same day or leave them in a code-protected key safe. We send photos before and after each job and the invoice by email. We never cut a copy without your written permission.
Do you reach Mislata, Burjassot or Torrent?
Yes, the whole metropolitan area in 30-60 minutes at the same prices as Valencia. The only difference is the call-out if you ask for a visit and the job does not go ahead: €35 instead of €25. If you accept the quote, there is no charge.
What do you not do in Valencia?
