Response time and how we get to you
In Benidorm we arrive in 20-40 minutes from the moment you confirm the price; Albir, Alfaz and La Nucía in 25-45. For apartment managers we work in check-out to check-in windows: let us know the day before and between 11am and 3pm the flat is ready. We carry the usual spares in the van (cylinders, tap cartridges, cistern mechanisms, shower screen rollers) to finish in one visit.
We work Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm with no surcharge. At night we only go out for openings and drain unblocking, with an emergency surcharge. If you ask for a visit to assess the job and it does not go ahead, we charge a €35 call-out; with the quote accepted there is no charge. We work in Spanish, English and Russian. How do you park in Levante or Rincón de Loix in summer?
Most towers have a garage or a loading space, and if the concierge opens it for us we get there sooner. If not, we use the blue zone and the time goes into the fixed price; we do not charge for parking separately. Send us the name of the building and the floor and we sort it out.
Do you work with holiday-apartment managers?
Yes, they are our most regular customer in Benidorm. Maintenance between bookings, openings when a guest loses the key, cylinder changes when the manager changes, lists of repairs by the hour and painting between seasons. A single monthly invoice if you manage several flats, with the job report and photos for each call-out.
Do you work for large comunidades?
Yes, with administradores (managing agents) and concierges. Locks on community, pool and garage doors, shutters and doors in communal areas, small building repairs and clearing inspection chambers. We respect the comunidad's working hours and invoice in its name. Main stacks needing a tanker go to a partner company.
I have a flat in Benidorm I use one month a year. Will you look after it?
Yes. A monthly check for €45-80: run the taps and cisterns, check for leaks and damp, work the shutters and awning, air the place and send photos. Before you arrive we do the full set-up and, if you let it the rest of the year, we coordinate with your manager.
I live abroad. How do you handle the keys?
In Benidorm it is usually the tower's concierge desk, the manager's code-protected key box or the check-in office. We sign a receipt, send photos before and after the job and the invoice by email. We do not cut copies without your written permission. You can pay by transfer or Bizum.
What do you not do in Benidorm?
New electrics and boletines (certificates), gas and boilers, air conditioning with refrigerant gas (much requested in the towers, but it needs a RITE licence), full renovations and works needing a permit. We pass you licensed installers and a partner renovation company, and we do the small part ourselves.
