In Alicante we arrive in 20-40 minutes from the moment you confirm the price by WhatsApp; El Campello, San Vicente and Mutxamel in 25-45. We come in a van with tools and the usual spares (cylinders, shutter straps, cistern mechanisms, rollers) to finish the job in a single visit.
We work Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm with no weekend surcharge. At night we only go out for door openings and drain unblocking, with an emergency surcharge. If you ask for a visit to assess the job and it then does not go ahead, the call-out is €25 in Alicante city and €35 in the surrounding towns; with the quote accepted, there is no charge. How do you park in Playa de San Juan or the Centro in summer?
That is our problem. In summer the San Juan seafront and the Centro fill up, so we build that time into the fixed price and do not charge for parking separately. If your comunidad de vecinos (residents' association) has a visitor space or a garage and you open it for us, we get there sooner.
Do you work for comunidades and managing agents in Alicante?
Yes. Entrance and garage door locks, shutters and doors in communal areas, the comunidad's fly screens and awnings, clearing inspection chambers and small building repairs. Invoice in the comunidad's name and a report with photos to the administrador (managing agent). Main stacks needing a tanker go to a partner company.
I have a beach flat I only use in summer. Can you check it over for me?
Yes. We do the pre-season set-up: open the stopcocks, check taps and cisterns after months unused, test shutters and fly screens, check the awning and send you photos. And a monthly check in winter for €45-80 if you want to avoid surprises such as a burst flexi hose.
I live abroad. How do you handle the keys?
We collect the keys from your letting agency, the concierge or a code-protected key safe, sign a receipt and return them when the job is done. Before and after each job we send photos by WhatsApp and the invoice by email. We never cut copies without your written authorisation.
Do you work in English?
