What our customers say
This page shows the reviews our customers leave on our Google profile, exactly as they write them, with their username and the date. We do not write testimonials and we do not pay for reviews. If you have just had a job done and want to say how it went, we explain below how to do it in two minutes.
Where these reviews come from
Every review comes from our Google Business Profile, where anyone can check them. They appear on this page unselected and unedited, including the critical ones. While the profile is new you may see few or none: we would rather have an almost empty page than invented testimonials with a first name and a stock photo.
We also do not show an average star rating in Google search results until there are enough reviews for it to mean something. What you can check today are the terms we work on: fixed price, 6-month guarantee and an invoice, explained under about us.
How to leave a review
When the job is finished we send you a direct link to our Google profile on WhatsApp. All you need is a Google account (the one on your Android phone or your Gmail will do).
- Open the link and tap the stars.
- Write two or three sentences: which service it was, in which town, whether we arrived on time and whether the price was the one agreed. That is what helps the next person searching.
- Add a photo of the result if you like.
- Post it. The review appears on Google straight away and on this page within a few hours.
What we do if something has gone wrong
Before writing a negative review, write to us via contact. Every job carries a 6-month guarantee on labour: if what we repaired fails again, we come back at no charge. If the problem is about manner, punctuality or price, we want to know so we can sort it out with the tradesman concerned.
If you still decide to publish the criticism, we respect that and reply publicly explaining what happened and what we have done about it.
Reviews by service and town
As reviews come in we will group them by service and by town, so you can see, for example, what customers say about the locksmith in Torrevieja or drain unblocking in Valencia. Until then, every service page and area page explains what we do, what it costs and how quickly we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Are the reviews genuine?
Yes. They are public Google reviews, written by customers from their own accounts, and you can see them directly on our Google profile. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not buy them and we do not filter them. If a review breaks Google's rules (spam, personal data) we report it to Google, but we do not delete it ourselves.
Do you give a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google forbids it, and it would turn reviews into advertising. The only thing we do is send you the link so you do not have to hunt for the profile. If you would rather not leave a review, that is fine: the price and the guarantee are the same.
Can I write my review in English or Russian?
Of course. Many of our customers in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Calpe and Altea write in their own language, and that helps other foreign owners looking for a handyman they can trust. We publish them in the original language and Google offers an automatic translation.
What happens if the review is about a specific tradesman?
We read it with him. Every review tells us which member of the team did the job, so the good ones get passed on and the bad ones are dealt with in person. If a tradesman builds up justified complaints, he stops receiving jobs. That is what lets us keep the team small and reliable.
How long before my review appears here?
On Google it appears straight away, unless Google holds it for a few hours to check it, which sometimes happens with new accounts. This page updates within the following hours. If two days have passed and you cannot see it, write to us and we will look into it; we have never removed one ourselves.
