The quickest way is WhatsApp: a photo of the problem, the address and when suits you. We reply with a fixed price or a specific question, then book the visit. You can also call, use the form on this page or email hola@manitascosta.es.
How to reach us
The WhatsApp button and phone number are at the top and bottom of every page. For an emergency (locked out, toilet overflowing) call us; for everything else WhatsApp or the form works better, because we can see the photo and price the job without a visit. We work in Spanish, English and Russian.
If you prefer email, write to hola@manitascosta.es with the same details. For job applications please use the work with us page rather than the customer channels.
What to send so we can price the job without a visit
The more complete the message, the fewer questions we need to ask. Ideally:
- One overall photo and one close-up of the problem (the lock, the roller shutter box, the trap under the sink, the furniture still in its box).
- What is happening and since when, in a sentence.
- Address or neighbourhood, which floor, and whether there is a lift.
- Measurements for a roller shutter, fly screen, awning or shower screen (width and height in centimetres).
- When you can let us in, and if it will not be you opening the door (neighbour, agent, concierge).
- For painting, the approximate square metres or the measurements of each room.
Hours and response time
We work Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm, bank holidays included. Within those hours we read messages as they come in and reply with a price or a question. If you write at night, you will hear from us first thing in the morning.
For out-of-hours locksmith and drain unblocking emergencies, phone us: we come out with a night surcharge and arrive in 20-45 minutes in Valencia, Alicante, Torrevieja and Benidorm, or 30-60 minutes in Dénia, Jávea, Calpe and Altea.
If you live abroad or manage property for others
We work every day with owners who are overseas and with agencies that manage holiday flats. We collect the key wherever you tell us, send before-and-after photos on WhatsApp, email the invoice and take payment by bank transfer or Bizum. For regular checks on a second home there is the monthly maintenance visit, and under areas you can check that we reach your urbanisation.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a quote with no obligation?
Yes. A WhatsApp quote from a photo is free and commits you to nothing. Only if you ask us to come and look in person and then decide not to go ahead do we charge the call-out: €25 in Valencia or Alicante city, €35 elsewhere. If you accept the quote, that charge does not exist.
Will you call me or message me?
Whichever you prefer. If you write on WhatsApp, we reply on WhatsApp; if you fill in the form, we message the number you give and only call if something needs clarifying. For emergencies it is always better to phone, because we can confirm an arrival time on the spot.
Do I have to be at home during the work?
Not necessarily. Many customers leave the key with a neighbour, at the agency or in a key safe, and receive photos when the job is done. For a first visit we prefer someone to be there, especially if there is a choice to make between parts or finishes.
Do you work in English or Russian?
Yes, in Spanish, English and Russian, on WhatsApp, on the phone and during the visit itself. Write in your own language from the first message. The quote, the photos and the invoice come back to you in that same language.
What if I have not heard back from you?
First check that the message went to the right number and was not sent outside our 8am to 9pm hours. If more than an hour has passed within those hours, phone us directly or email hola@manitascosta.es: the WhatsApp may not have arrived. We never ignore a message on purpose.
