I arrive in Calpe on Saturday and the key will not turn. How long will you take?
Between 30 and 55 minutes depending on the area. Send us a photo of the lock and the address of the tower by WhatsApp. If the cylinder is seized we open it and replace it in the same visit: opening €60-90 plus cylinder change €40-60 and a cylinder from €35.
Can you check the apartment before we arrive from Germany?
Yes. With the key from your agency or the concierge we go in a week before, turn the water on, check cisterns, taps, shutters and awnings, and send you a report with photos. Anything that needs fixing we quote at a fixed price before touching anything.
How do you handle the keys if I live abroad?
Agency, concierge, neighbour or a code-protected key safe. We sign a receipt on collection and return. We also fit Nuki or Yale smart locks so you can open from your phone and give us temporary access.
Do you work with the comunidades in the La Fossa towers?
Yes. Entrance and garage locks, shutters in communal areas, pool taps and small repairs, invoiced to the comunidad (residents' association) or the administrador (managing agent). For communal stacks we work with a partner tanker company.
Do you charge a call-out to Calpe?
Not if you accept the quote. If after the visit you decide not to go ahead, it is €35. There is no distance surcharge within Calpe or in Moraira or Benissa.
