What in a Jávea villa is not a tap job
If the water comes in surges or the pressure drops in the whole house, the fault is in the pressure pump, the tank float or the pressure-reducing valve, not the taps; we check before changing parts and tell you which technician handles the pump. If the meter turns with everything closed and nothing is wet, the leak is buried between the meter and the house or in the pool circuit: that is a job for a leak detection specialist and a builder, not a plumber without building work, and we do not charge for telling you.

Do you charge a call-out fee in Jávea?

Do you repair boilers, water heaters or the pool pump?
Boilers, gas water heaters and gas in general, no: they require a licensed installer and we pass you to our partner; we do not do water certificates either. The pool pump and filtration unit belong to the pool technician. A tap, a stopcock or a flexi hose in the pool area we do replace.
