What we paint most in Elche
In Carrús, El Pla and Sector V most flats date from the 1970s and still have their original gotelé. Removing it is the job we are asked for most: we dampen it, scrape it off, smooth the walls with two coats of filler and paint at 12-18 €/m². In occupied flats we work room by room, two or three a day, so you can carry on living there with the dust kept under control.
The second is the rental flats of Altabix and El Raval between tenants: walls and ceilings in white, holes filled, door frames touched up. At 8-10 €/m² and in two or three days the flat is ready to photograph. Many landlords combine it with painting the front door and the radiators.

Can you remove gotelé with the family still living in the flat?
Yes. We work room by room, seal the doorway with plastic sheeting and vacuum at the end of each day. There is dust and scraping noise, but it is bearable. A three-bedroom flat takes four or five days this way; empty, three.
How much does gotelé removal cost in Elche?
