Painting in Benidorm: holiday apartments and tower-block flats
The most common job is the holiday apartment that has gone three seasons without a coat of paint: suitcase scuffs along the hallway, picture holes, headboard marks. We paint it white in two days between a check-out and a check-in, at 8-10 €/m² for walls and ceilings, with the holes filled and the door frames touched up. The property manager sends us the photos and the free dates and we fit around them.
The second is the windowless bathrooms in the towers of Levante and Rincón de Loix, with mould on the ceiling and along the joint between ceiling and wall. We clean with fungicide, prime with stain blocker and paint with anti-mould paint. If the extractor fan is not working, the mould comes back; we check it and tell you.
The third is residents' flats in the Centro, Colonia Madrid and Juzgados, with 1980s gotelé (the textured popcorn finish) that the owner wants gone. We scrape it off, smooth the walls and paint at 12-18 €/m². In occupied flats we work room by room so you can carry on living there.

Yes, it is our most common job in Benidorm. A 60-70 m² apartment is painted white in two days with two painters; a 90 m² one in two or three. We need the free dates and the manager's key. We leave it aired and clean for the next check-in.
How much does it cost to paint a 90 m² apartment in Benidorm?
Between 800 and 1500 €. White over white and empty stays close to 800-1100 €; with a colour change, gotelé or mouldy bathrooms it goes up. The price includes paint, protection, hole filling and cleaning, and is fixed in writing before we start.
Will the bathroom mould come back after painting?
