Ground-floor and first-floor flats in Playa de San Juan, Albufereta and Cabo de las Huertas are the ones that call us most in summer. They sit at the bottom of the building's soil stack, so any plug of grease or wet wipes from the flats above ends up coming back through their shower tray or toilet. When the blockage belongs to the building or the public sewer

In the beach blocks, if water comes up your shower when the neighbour upstairs empties the bath, the blockage is in the communal stack. We see it with the camera in five minutes and give you the video for the building administrator: that job is paid by the comunidad de vecinos (residents' association) and done by a tanker company we work with as a partner. We do not charge you for a job that would not solve your problem.

The same applies if the villa's inspection chamber is full and the water does not move even after the auger: it may be the connection to the public sewer or a septic tank, and that is where the tanker comes in.
