One list, one handyman, one visit: how it works in Alicante
You message us with the list of everything outstanding and a photo of each item. We work out the hours, tell you the total price and come with the van loaded: fly screen rollers, roller shutter strap, flexi hoses, anti-mould silicone, plugs for plasterboard and brick, bulbs, handles. One professional does it all in one go, with no four appointments with four trades.

How we work in Alicante
Fixed price for the whole list before we set off. No call-out fee if you accept it; 25 € if you ask for a visit in Alicante city and then do nothing. If a new task comes up during the work, we propose it with a price and you decide. Hours Monday to Sunday, 8am to 9pm.
Payment on completion by cash, card, Bizum or bank transfer, invoice with IVA (VAT) and 6 months' written guarantee on labour. We work in English, Spanish and Russian, which helps in Alicante, where half our second-home customers are not Spanish.
Handyman prices in Alicante and what changes them
We charge actual time, in half-hour blocks after the first hour. Salt air makes some tasks dearer: a rusted fly screen roller or hinge takes longer to get out than a clean one, and sometimes has to be cut off and replaced. That is why the photos beforehand matter: they let us bring the spare and not lose an hour at the ferretería (hardware shop).

Can you let yourselves in with the agent's key if I am not there?
Yes. We collect the key wherever you say (agent, neighbour, concierge, key safe), do the work, lock everything up and email you before-and-after photos and the invoice. We do this every week for British, Norwegian and Russian owners with a flat in Alicante.
Do you replace sockets and switches?
Yes, like for like: take out a broken socket or switch and fit a new one in the same back box, with the power off. What we do not do is extend the installation, move light points, touch the consumer unit or issue certificates; for that we pass you to a licensed installer. Bulbs, light fittings and wall lights replaced like for like also come under the hour.
How long do you take to arrive?
Between 20 and 40 minutes to any neighbourhood of Alicante, 8am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. To San Vicente, Mutxamel, El Campello or Santa Pola, 30-50 minutes. For a half day or a full day we prefer to book the next day so we come with all the material for the list. Locksmith emergencies have their own team.
